The Head CS role involves overseeing legal and compliance functions, ensuring the organisation adheres to regulatory requirements. This position is based in Mumbai and requires expertise in legal frameworks and corporate governance.

• Manage all corporate secretarial functions and compliance activities within the organisation.
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures.
• Oversee regulatory filings and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
• Provide legal advice and support to various departments as needed.
• Ensure corporate governance practices are followed across the organisation.
• Handle legal documentation and agreements with precision.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and external legal counsel when required.
• Conduct compliance training sessions for employees to ensure awareness of legal obligations.

A successful CS Head should have:

• A degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
