Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Community Outreach & Marketing Manager to lead our awareness, marketing, and admissions initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional who can combine marketing strategy with compassion and relationship-building.
You will oversee both digital and community engagement, manage our online presence, and connect with families to showcase the exceptional living experience at Heavenly Palace.
Key Responsibilities
? Develop and implement multi-channel marketing and outreach strategies to enhance visibility and occupancy.
? Manage social media platforms, digital campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
? Conduct guided tours for prospective residents and their families, presenting room options, amenities, and lifestyle offerings.
? Build and sustain partnerships with hospitals, doctors, NGOs, CSR wings, and senior networks for referrals.
? Represent Heavenly Palace at community events, exhibitions, and senior care forums.
? Track marketing analytics, leads, and occupancy metrics to guide strategic decisions.
? Support CSR collaborations, donor communications, and awareness drives.
Qualifications & Skills
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (MBA preferred).
? 4-8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or community engagement -- ideally in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or non-profit sectors.
? Proven expertise in social media management, digital outreach, and brand storytelling.
? Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to connect authentically with seniors and families.
? Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and marketing analytics.
? Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi preferred.
