Cloudnine Hospital was started with the vision of ensuring world-class maternal and infant care in India. Over the last seven years, we have achieved more than that - 21,000 deliveries, with 100% maternal survival and 99.72% infant survival. The Cloudnine family has grown from 200+ to 1100+ family members (employees, doctors, and support staff) this year. We are present in Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Chandigarh, and Gurugram. About the internship

The candidate will work for the online community of Cloudnine, Cloudnine Mamas. They will be handling the operations side of the community.

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with content writers and designers to plan and execute the content calendar and mailers on time
2. Creating and scheduling community postings, including webinars, live events, Facebook lives, and PR articles
3. Executing communication and promotion plans to drive traffic and engagement
4. Organizing online events such as baby showers, meetups, fertility events, etc.
5. Providing customer service by answering customer calls, handling queries and complaints, and collecting regular feedback

Skills & Requirements:

1. A degree in commerce/marketing/business is preferred
2. Flexible to adapt to different and ad-hoc requirements
3. Open to working in a startup culture
4. Eager to learn, hard-working, and proactive
5. Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with different departments, doctors, and hospital centers
