We are looking for a person who can :

Handle office operations and administration.
Has good property management skills and also would be able to communicate well with the clients in English.
Who can handle client queries and provide a resolution within the given time frame.
Who has basic knowledge of Excel and aptitude to use any other software.

Job Role:
The person would be a single point of contact for all the clients and their relative problems
and queries, Therefore he/she will be:

A Person should be highly presentable with good grooming and clothing standards in office operations at coworking office spaces.
Expected to manage good relations with the housekeeping and vendors responsible for smooth operations at the office space.
Any issues faced by the client in the office shall be solved immediately
Administer smooth office operations and administration.
One shall have an outstanding ability to stay calm under pressure.
Handling the clients visiting the space and maintaining the visitor list.
Performing administrative duties such as filing and updating records, among others, as needed.
Supervise and administer the Supervisor, and keep a check on the housekeeping staff and office boys.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 915,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Schedule:
