Role title- Community Associate/ Manager Experience range- 2 to 4 years Location- Mumbai PFB the JD Role : Community Associate/Manager The candidate will be in charge of managing and developing client online and offline community. Work closely with the Social media & brand teams on the strategic planning of marketing campaigns & collaborations. Roles and Responsibilities Foster and strengthen new relationships with key influencers & experts within the community. Coming up with quality concepts and content for influencers & experts that work in the favour of brand Build and foster different offline channels. Maintain long-term relationship with the channel partners Build the company\'s affiliate program and on-board credible & high performing partners Explore potential brand partnerships to increase engagement & conversations around Nyumi Manage the social media activation calendar and ensure that engaging interactions are organized with the community members on an ongoing basis. Deploy social listening tools to monitor positive/negative comments and topic trends, and strive to boost engagement and resolve any potential conflicts that may affect brand reputation Generate comprehensive reports on overall community sentiment and notable trends and provide meaningful feedback Keep up to date to the latest social media trends and emerging social media platforms in the industry Job Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or relevant field Experience in community management Familiar with social media platforms
