• Ensure that all the latest updates about the property are passed on to the guests in advance and the TnCs are adhered to.
• Ensure resident satisfaction by addressing their concerns, resolving any issues, and providing excellent service
• Conducting engagement activities and events for the residents on a regular basis (Minimum 5)
• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
• Uphold and promote the company\'s culture and values by demonstrating them in daily work and interactions with customers and team members.
• Participate in team building activities and initiatives to build positive relationships with team members and promote a positive work culture.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in work quality and minimize errors.
• Ensure that all the relevant guest information like complaints, suggestions, preferences, etc are shared with the rest of the team, both intra and inter-department.
• Demonstrate accountability and reliability by taking ownership of tasks and meeting commitments.
• Utilize tools such as time tracking software and remote attendance systems to track & maintain attendance and ensure punctuality.
• Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features
• Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a community manager
• Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, and creating an event series)
• Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. Engagement at events)
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
• Hands-on experience with social media management for brands
• Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
• Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Any degree in Marketing or relevant field

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9300,000.00 - 9600,000.00 per year Benefits:
