Job Overview: The Community Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the coworking center, focusing on client satisfaction, lead generation, and overall community engagement. Roles and Responsibilities: Operational Management:

\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with housekeeping and administration teams to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure that all facilities and amenities are well-maintained and operational. Client Satisfaction: \xe2\x97\x8f Foster a positive and inclusive community culture within the coworking space. \xe2\x97\x8f Address client queries, concerns, and requests promptly to ensure high client satisfaction. \xe2\x97\x8f Implement strategies to enhance the overall client experience and sense of community. Client Acquisition:
\xe2\x97\x8f Proactively identify and pursue potential leads to maximize occupancy rates.
\xe2\x97\x8f Conduct tours for prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the coworking space.
\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting new clients. Rent Collection: \xe2\x97\x8f Monitor and manage monthly rent collection from clients.
\xe2\x97\x8f Work closely with the finance department to address any billing discrepancies or payment issues.
\xe2\x97\x8f Implement strategies to reduce arrears and ensure timely payments. Client Retention:
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop and implement initiatives to retain existing clients and minimize turnover. \xe2\x97\x8f Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their evolving needs and concerns. \xe2\x97\x8f Proactively address any potential issues to prevent client dissatisfaction. NPS (Net Promoter Score) Maintenance: \xe2\x97\x8f Implement measures to track and improve the Net Promoter Score.
\xe2\x97\x8f Gather feedback from clients and use it to enhance services and amenities.
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop and execute strategies to increase positive word-of-mouth referrals. Community Engagement: \xe2\x97\x8f Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and networking opportunities to foster community engagement. \xe2\x97\x8f Facilitate communication and collaboration among coworkers, creating a sense of belonging. \xe2\x97\x8f Act as a liaison between clients and management, ensuring effective communication. Reporting:
\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators, occupancy rates, and client satisfaction.
\xe2\x97\x8f Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis. Qualifications: \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree in a related field.
\xe2\x97\x8f Previous experience in community management, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
