Responsibilities \xe2\x97\x8f Set and implement online communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies \xe2\x97\x8f Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts \xe2\x97\x8f Respond to comments and engage with customers \xe2\x97\x8f Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews \xe2\x97\x8f Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness \xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency \xe2\x97\x8f Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists Requirements \xe2\x97\x8f Proven work experience as a community manager \xe2\x97\x8f Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter) \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent verbal communication skills \xe2\x97\x8f Hands on experience with social media management for brands \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics \xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels \xe2\x97\x8f Attention to detail and ability to multitask Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9500,000.71 - 9700,000.66 per year Schedule:
