About Customer Experience
The Customer Experience (CX) organization will provide a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. The CX organization structure ensures that our customers benefit from dedicated management attention and from our teams’ deep understanding of local markets. CX is also responsible for ensuring strong alignment between our customer-facing sales and delivery teams in each account.

As a Communication Specialist, you will be working as part of the GSS (our business unit) Shared Services Team to produce high-quality content for the different Business Units within Nokia. You’ll manage various social media handles of Nokia on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media platforms. You’ll be responsible for day to day posting of content on these platforms. This position requires a creative and smart person who can efficiently multitask. You would be a problem solver who will work with a lot of stakeholders and campaign managers daily. This position will require full knowledge and application of Nokia’s brand identity along with understanding your stakeholders’ needs and expectations. Working with a global social media team and with GSS, the Communications person will provide a valuable service to our clients. Your output would be frequently external-facing; hence the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of your deliverables will be of critical importance.
Job Responsibilities & Competencies

  • Conceptualizing the communication strategy to provide creative, professional, and functional communication services that align with business needs.
  • Create high-quality content within the Nokia brand.
  • Schedule and post content on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc. under various Nokia handles using HootSuite
  • Execute the conceptualized communication strategy in line with the GSS leadership team and the global social media team.
  • Determine project scope including effective brief taking, negotiating deadlines, and creating and communicating timescales for complex marketing/communication campaigns.
  • Excellent knowledge and application of Nokia’s brand guidelines; promote awareness of the same in the business. Keep up to date with the evolution of Nokia’s brand and Press Office.
  • Maintain global and regional social media calendars and keep them up to date in line with campaign managers.
  • Keep abreast of changes in content guidelines under the Nokia brand.
  • Work together with the design team in creating high-quality and creative PowerPoint presentations, Newsletters, Brochures, Whitepapers, Videos, etc.
  • Work on Hootsuite, Talkwalker, and also extract analytical reports from LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc. when required.
  • Delivering quality output while maintaining timelines.
  • Building and developing good relationships with global stakeholders.
Position Requirements
  • Social media handling and reporting experience of minimum 5 years.
  • Proficient in social media posting software like Hootsuite, Talkwalker, etc.
  • Sound operational knowledge of social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Proficient in extracting analytics from LinkedIn, Twitter, etc., and record observations and make recommendations based on them.
  • Advance knowledge of MS Teams, Webex Meeting, and Event Center, and MS Outlook.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
  • Hands-on experience in content management.
  • Sound experience in managing content and engagement over intranet sites, Yammer, etc.
  • Ability to conduct virtual or physical Town halls and All hands calls for a large audience.
  • Visible inclination towards employee engagement and other CSR activities.
  • Excellent proofreading and copywriting skills.
  • Must be able to deliver impeccable content for creatives and business (text, image, video).
  • Strong strategizing skills for communication plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.
  • Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and work well within a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising/Marketing, etc. from a premier institute.
  • Any bachelor’s degree with relevant communications work experience with a focus on social media management
