About Customer Experience
The Customer Experience (CX) organization will provide a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. The CX organization structure ensures that our customers benefit from dedicated management attention and from our teams’ deep understanding of local markets. CX is also responsible for ensuring strong alignment between our customer-facing sales and delivery teams in each account.
As a Communication Specialist, you will be working as part of the GSS (our business unit) Shared Services Team to produce high-quality content for the different Business Units within Nokia. You’ll manage various social media handles of Nokia on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media platforms. You’ll be responsible for day to day posting of content on these platforms. This position requires a creative and smart person who can efficiently multitask. You would be a problem solver who will work with a lot of stakeholders and campaign managers daily. This position will require full knowledge and application of Nokia’s brand identity along with understanding your stakeholders’ needs and expectations. Working with a global social media team and with GSS, the Communications person will provide a valuable service to our clients. Your output would be frequently external-facing; hence the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of your deliverables will be of critical importance.
