Your tasks

Event Management
Ideation, Planning, Execution (As needed). Coordination with multiple internal stakeholders and vendors, for

• Customer events
• Media events
• Internal events like townhall
• New formats, ideas for events

General Communications

• Basic videos, recording, video editing
• Research, analytics on various topics
• PowerPoint presentations support
• Administrative tasks pertaining to Communications - vendor coordination, payment process etc
• Any other topic that falls in the purview of Corporate Communications department of Continental India

Content Creation

• In alignment with the PR team, support developing content suitable for various internal & external target audiences
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across levels \xe2\x80\x93 leadership/location SPOCs/tech experts
• Create/review social media posts for company or executives as necessary, manage internal social media channels as necessary
• Creative ideas for stories and campaigns
• Ownership of creating and managing a robust content repository, with process for long-term management

CSR

• Support managing programs \xe2\x80\x93 tracking, reporting
• Liaise with agencies to execute CSR programs
• Communication content creation for various channels
• Synergize CSR efforts with external communications
• Mobilize employee volunteers through internal communication
• Identify new avenues for establishing CSR programs that will add value to the business
• Documentation for legal requirements of CSR

Your profile

• 1-5 years in event management/PR agency / Communications agency
• A degree/PG in English, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, Marketing or a related field
• Experience with content/video creation tools, CMS
• Local language proficiency would be an advantage (Kannada & Hindi)
