products ourJob Overview: As a Communication Manager at Dhwani Rural Information Systems, we are looking for a self-motivated and talented communications manager to lead our communications department. In this position, you will be in charge of producing high-quality content that engages customers and builds brand recognition.Your main duties will also include creating informative content, press releases, articles, and media opportunities to share our company\xe2\x80\x99s brand, products our in-house IT platforms, mForm, and mGrant and services. Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2Develop and implement effective communication strategies that improve new-in bound customer leads, existing customer engagement, brand awareness, and higher recall value among leadership teams of CSRs & NGOs \xe2\x80\xa2Create informative and interesting social media campaigns (organic & paid) \xe2\x80\xa2Curate and write content for newsletters, case studies, brochures and related marketing materials \xe2\x80\xa2Prepare good quality video content with voice-over, graphics/animation \xe2\x80\xa2Prepare English/Hindi/Vernacular training manuals for software solutions \xe2\x80\xa2Prepare detailed media activity reports. \xe2\x80\xa2Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketingmaterials. \xe2\x80\xa2Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, webinars, and promotions. \xe2\x80\xa2Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2Coordinate with project managers or clients for collecting information about various projects EssentialRequirements: \xe2\x80\xa2A minimum of 3years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role in NGOs, Social Impact Consulting Firms CSR, Think Tanks, Research Organizations \xe2\x80\xa2Prior experience with social sector organizations \xe2\x80\xa2Natural inclination towards startups, software\'sand latest IT solutions \xe2\x80\xa2Hands on tools like experience on Canva/Adobe Photoshop,Mailchimp etc \xe2\x80\xa2Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques. \xe2\x80\xa2Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure. \xe2\x80\xa2Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Education: \xe2\x80\xa2Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/Master\'s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field. Experience: \xe2\x80\xa23-6 year of experience in a similar role ina social/development sector-focused organization such as an NGO, social impact consulting firm, CSR, think tank, or research organization Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9400,000.00 - 9800,000.00 per year Benefits:
