We are seeking a Communications Manager to join our team.

- Coordinate and execute offline marketing initiatives, including workshops and events
- Develop and execute event marketing strategies to drive footfall and engagement
- Work with internal teams to ensure events are properly planned and executed
- Manage all social media accounts, including creating and scheduling content for various platforms
- Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and community engagement
- Monitor social media and online communities to identify trends and opportunities for engagement
- Respond to and engage with community members across all social media channels
- Analyze and report on social media and event metrics to optimize performance
- 1+ years of experience in marketing and communications
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their use for marketing and community building
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns and events
- Passionate about community building and engagement
