Accordingly, the purpose and key expectations would be as follows: Purpose: To develop & execute impactful communication strategies resulting in awareness, respect & acceptance for the organization amongst external & internal stakeholders. The key expectations of the role: Using innovative story telling techniques to drive business outcomes. Coordination with stakeholders to mine insights & translate them into communication strategy and compelling creative executions; delivering the WOW factor. Identify & maintain a credible network of PR & event management agencies, media partners, digital marketing agencies etc. Own & manage Company assets like websites, social media accounts & marketing collaterals. Identify gaps for key focus segments and create appropriate content pieces such as brand & technical videos, application & product overview videos, literatures, and so on. Contribute to organizational culture building initiatives by creating vibrant & meaningful internal communication systems.
