Develop and implement communication strategies to build the employer brand within the organization and in the marketplace.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter specialists (in multiple countries) and global communication team to develop and drive compelling messaging to increase colleague (and/or candidate) engagement.
Manage multiple communication channels like - email, intranet, newsletters, social media and other digital platforms.
Serve as the communications liaison for business leaders by:
Translating the business strategy into a communications plan
Organizing project teams to support the implementation of the communications plan
Drafting communications that go through the appropriate review and approval process to ensure clarity, effectiveness, and timeliness of the communication materials
Ensuring content and information for employee communications is consistent with key corporate messaging
Provides support in managing on-going positive relationships with internal and external customers: business leadership, HR and L&D partners, and the business; and, collaborate effectively on all projects
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications: A minimum of a bachelor?s degree (preferred in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field). Language proficiency: English Work Experience: Minimum 8 years experience in communications (preferably in a global organization). Experience in engaging and managing marketing agencies (preferable Essential skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write and edit clear and compelling communication materials in both languages (Spanish and English).
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of communication tools and platforms, such as email marketing software, content management systems, and social media management tools.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
