: Seeking a Dynamic Commissioning Editor for Oswaal Books. Oswaal Books, one of India\'s rapidly growing educational publishers, is on the lookout for an experienced Commissioning Editor. If you\'re passionate about educational publishing and excel in discovering talented authors and writers, we\'d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and recruit new authors and writers, focusing on a wide range of educational topics. 2. Work closely with authors to develop high-quality, engaging content for CBSE, ICSE, and various competitive exams (IIT, NEET, NDA, CAT, CLAT). 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure publication deadlines and quality standards are met. 4. Stay updated with the latest trends in educational publishing and adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements: 1. Minimum 10 years of experience in commissioning or related roles in publishing. 2. Strong network and ability to engage with authors and writers effectively. 3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 4. A keen eye for detail and a passion for educational publishing.
