Job Description

Purpose of the job: Responsible for monitoring and processing the daily restaurants requisitions required, raw materials, inventory control and controlling commissary assets. Responsibilities: Managing supply chain production modules. Managing PR, PO, and BPM requirements. Monitoring the system in daily basis and help to raise the issues to IT and to fix it in timely manner. Monitoring and receiving all the daily restaurants requisitions required through the system Analyzing all the restaurants requirements on the system before assembling the daily production Responsible to Request the daily needs of raw materials from the warehouse and the vegetables supplier Assembling the daily production required and the raw material to the production supervisors Assembling all the restaurants requirements documents and the loading sheets Checking daily the stock balance on the system with the actual raw materials after the production Responsible for all the products analysis & comparison reports required Responsible for the weekly and monthly inventory of all the raw materials in the commissary Responsible for the assets and the small ware in the commissary Responsible for the commissary petty cash Education & Experience: University degree with minimum 3 - year experience in the field Having leadership, management, and communication skills Background in food safety and proper food handling Background in restaurants operation Excellent background in food cost control Having language skills (English & Arabic) Computer knowledge Systematic and can work under pressure Notable analytical and problem-solving skills
