Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and hardworking

Commis III - Indian Cuisine

to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in Indian cooking, basic kitchen skills, and a desire to grow in a professional kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in the preparation and cooking of Indian dishes under supervision. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations. Follow standard recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines. Ensure proper storage and labeling of all food items. Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations. Adhere to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

Requirements



Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in an Indian kitchen. Freshers also welcome. Basic knowledge of Indian spices, gravies, and cooking methods. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Willingness to learn and grow within the culinary team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
