to join our culinary team and contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes with authenticity and consistency. Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization. Support senior chefs in menu planning and daily kitchen operations. Maintain stock levels, assist in requisitions, and minimize wastage. Uphold quality and presentation standards for all dishes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as Commis II or in a similar role, preferably in Indian cuisine. Strong knowledge of Indian preparations and techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail. Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
