Established Duties

? Ensure proper and clean attire & uniforms
? Check all norms laid down by the department for personal hygiene
? Ensure mis-en-place has been done before the next shift has comes in
? To take decisions on certain work operations in the absence of his Senior
? Ensure cleanliness of the work area and storage places
? Co-ordinate with co-workers to facilitate smooth workflow of kitchen operations
? Preparing daily guest orders and other functions as required by the various kitchens
Eco green and cost control Responsibilities
? General cost awareness (Expensive ingredients or raw material)
? To follow energy conservation methods
? To follow three bin rules religiously for recycling of paper
? To follow water conservation methods
? To follow and educate eco-methods to other fellow friends and acquaintances
? To follow the Ecotel Manual
