Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook tandoor items such as breads, kebabs, and marinated dishes
Maintain proper marination techniques and ensure consistency of flavours
Handle tandoor equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
Assist in menu planning and recipe improvements
Coordinate with the culinary team for smooth kitchen operations
Requirements:
Minimum
1-3 years
of experience as Commis I/II in Tandoor section
Strong knowledge of Indian spices, marinades, and tandoor cooking methods
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work in shifts
