Responsible for preparing bakery items, assisting with daily production, and maintaining hygiene standards in the bakery section.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and other bakery items.
Assist with daily mise-en-place and follow recipes accurately.
Operate bakery equipment safely (oven, mixer, proofer).
Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
Support Chef de Partie/Pastry Chef and guide junior staff.
Store ingredients properly and report stock shortages.
Skills & Qualifications:
Certificate/Diploma in Bakery or Culinary Arts.
1-2 years bakery experience.
Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality.
