Job Description

Station Management:

Running and setting up a specific kitchen station, such as saute, grill, or pastry.

Food Preparation:

Prepping ingredients, marinating, cutting, and cooking dishes for their designated section.

Quality Control:

Ensuring all food is prepared to the highest quality, consistent standards, and customer expectations.

Supervision:

Guiding and training junior kitchen staff like commis chefs or demi-chefs who work in their section.

Plating:

Presenting dishes in an attractive and visually appealing manner to enhance the customer's dining experience.

Health and Safety:

Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen safety.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
