Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes (e.g., stir-fries, dim sum, noodles, soups, dumplings).
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the senior chefs.
Assist with food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and mise en place.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
Store food in proper containers, ensuring proper labeling and rotation (FIFO method).
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service.
Follow all kitchen policies and procedures.
