repare and cook Continental dishes according to menu specifications and standard recipes Assist the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations Ensure proper mise-en-place before service Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines (HACCP) Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and kitchen area Monitor food stock levels and minimize wastage Coordinate with team members during service for smooth operations Comply with company policies and kitchen SOPs
