Job Description

Food preparation

: Wash, peel, chop, measure, and prepare ingredients like vegetables, meat, and fish according to recipe requirements.

Assisting senior chefs

: Support the chef de partie or other station chefs by preparing ingredients and performing other tasks as needed.

Basic cooking

: Cook basic components of dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.

Kitchen maintenance

: Keep the kitchen clean and organized, adhering to hygiene and food safety standards.

Stock management

: Assist with receiving deliveries, unpacking, and rotating stock to ensure freshness and prevent waste.

Learning and development

: Gain experience and skills by working at different workstations and learning from senior chefs.
