Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Food Preparation & Cooking:

Preparing, seasoning, and cooking ingredients for dishes (meat, vegetables, sauces) following recipes and ensuring proper plating.

Station Management:

Organizing and cleaning assigned stations, including sanitizing equipment, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP).

Inventory & Receiving:

Monitoring stock levels, reporting shortages, accepting deliveries, and practicing proper food rotation (FIFO) to prevent waste.

Support & Coordination:

Working under the Chef de Partie, communicating efficiently, and assisting with special events.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,305.59 - ?20,566.18 per month
