Assist in preparation of food items as per standard recipes and instructions
Support Chef de Partie and senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, equipment, and workstations
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items
Help in receiving and storing kitchen supplies
Minimize food wastage and follow portion control standards
Maintain discipline and teamwork in the kitchen
Follow instructions from supervisors promptly
Requirements & Skills
Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
Willingness to learn and grow in culinary field
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred
