1. Need to know the basics of cooking and kitchen equipments.
2. Should be able to do all cutting, chopping and other preparatory work in the kitchen.
3. Keep the kitchen and work areas neat and clean.
4. Should be able to take orders from the customers.
5. Might have to do the plating work at times.
6. Person will be trained under a head chef.
