Food production: Cooking and preparing dishes, learning and following new recipes and standards to ensure high-quality food production.
Kitchen maintenance: Keep all food preparation and cooking areas clean, organized, and sanitized at all times.
Stock management: Receive and store deliveries, rotate stock to ensure freshness, monitor inventory levels, and dispose of expired ingredients.
Hygiene and safety: Adhere strictly to all food safety and health standards, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.
