Job Description

responsible for supporting senior chefs by prepping ingredients (chopping, washing, measuring), cooking menu items to standard, maintaining workstation cleanliness and hygiene (mise en place), following recipes, managing stock, and ensuring food safety/sanitation

Food Preparation:

Assist in prepping all ingredients (cutting, marinating, etc.) and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.

Mise en Place:

Prepare and organize ingredients and tools for their assigned station.

Hygiene & Sanitation:

Maintain spotless work areas, equipment, and storage, adhering strictly to food safety rules (like HACCP).

Stock Management:

Help with receiving, storing, and rotating stock, and requisitioning supplies.

Service Support:

Help plate, serve during peak times, and assist other sections if needed.

Equipment Care:

Clean and store utensils and equipment properly; report any defects.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,361.20 - ₹23,666.03 per month

Work Location: In person
