Job Title: Commis Chef

Job Summary:
The Commis Chef is an entry-level position in the kitchen, responsible for assisting senior chefs in food preparation, cooking, and presentation. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience and develop their culinary skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Prepare ingredients, garnishes, and accompaniments
- Follow recipes and cooking procedures to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Support senior chefs during peak hours and special events
- Continuously develop culinary skills and knowledge
Requirements:
