Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes (idli, dosa, vada, sambar, chutney, curries, etc.).
Assist the CDP/Sous Chef in mise en place and service preparation.
Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of all ingredients.
Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures as per HACCP guidelines.
Support in inventory control, minimizing wastage, and maintaining cost efficiency.
Assist in training and guiding junior kitchen staff when required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section.
