1. Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your designated section.

2. Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in your section.

3. Ensure quality, consistency, and portion control in all dishes.

4. Monitor inventory and minimize food waste.

5. Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards.

6. Collaborate with the Sous Chef and other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

7. Contribute ideas for menu development and improvements.

8. Ensure efficient operation during busy service periods.
