Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes under the supervision of senior chefs.
Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in workstations and kitchen areas.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times.
Assist in receiving, checking, and properly storing deliveries.
Prepare basic ingredients (chopping vegetables, making sauces, marinating meats, etc.).
Learn and practice new cooking techniques as instructed by senior chefs.
Reduce waste and ensure proper portion control.
Support senior chefs during busy service periods.
Carry out any other kitchen-related duties as required.
