Key Responsibilities - Commis Chef (Indian Cuisine)
Assist senior chefs in preparing Indian dishes.
Do basic prep work like cutting, marination, and grinding.
Follow recipes, portion sizes, and kitchen instructions.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety standards.
Store food items properly and reduce wastage.
Support the team during peak hours and timely dispatch of orders.
Follow kitchen rules, shift timings, and attendance procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
