Prepare, cook, and present dishes in the assigned section (Tandoor / Indian / Chinese).
Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes, portion control, and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas.
Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) for raw materials and ingredients.
Assist in receiving and storing supplies properly.
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Follow HACCP, food safety, and hotel hygiene policies strictly.
Report any kitchen equipment issues or shortages to the supervisor.
Assist in buffet setups, banquets, and special events when required.
