Position: Commis Chef
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about food preparation, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a dynamic culinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior chefs.
Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
Support mise en place and daily kitchen operations.
Follow recipes and instructions while contributing creative ideas.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar role.
Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
Passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
