Job title : Commis Chef - Prepare Continental Breakfast & Cafe style cuisine
Qualification : Any passionate individual with relevant educational qualification in the F&B industry. Familiarity in Indian, Conti, Bakery, and South Indian is an advantage.
Duties & responsibility :
- Follow instructions provided by the head chef.
- Prepare dishes as per standard recipes.
- Timely preparation of Guest Orders.
- Follow FIFO.
- Follow kitchen rules, cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Adhere to Kitchen SOPs.
- Actively participate and assist in menu development
- Ensure least food / raw material wastage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
