Support Commis II, Commis I, and CDPs in daily kitchen operations.
Follow recipes and instructions for basic cooking.
Ensure mise-en-place (prep work) is ready for service.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the assigned section.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
Assist in buffet setups, banquets, and restaurant operations.
Report any equipment faults or shortages to supervisors.
Adhere to HACCP and hotel food safety standards.
Maintain personal hygiene and grooming as per 5-star standards.
Follow cleaning schedules for workstations, utensils, and equipment.
Attend training sessions and learn new techniques from senior chefs.
Observe and practice cooking methods to grow culinary skills.
Be proactive in assisting wherever required in the kitchen.
Basic knowledge of cooking methods and kitchen operations.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Team player with discipline and punctuality.
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
Good communication skills.
