Dear Applicant, We are looking for a cook for Commis 3 position at a pizzeria. Our kitchen produces all food items from scratch, so there is a lot to learn. Your basic duties will be to assist CDP and Commis 1 with their day to day work. We keep a strict cleaning regime on a daily basis, so we are looking for an individual who has a great attitude towards any work that is given to them. Basic Responsibilies : 1. Prepping before service. 2. Cleaning of station. 3. Learning from CDP to stretch pizza dough, fresh pasta etc. 4. General cleaning duties.
