Preparing and cooking ingredients: This includes washing, chopping, and prepping vegetables, meat, and other ingredients for various dishes.
Assisting on the hot range: Working alongside chefs to cook dishes according to recipes and maintain consistent quality.
Plating and presentation: Ensuring each dish is visually appealing and meets our high standards for presentation.
Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene: Following food safety protocols and keeping the work area clean and organized.
Inventory management: Assisting with stocktaking and ordering supplies as needed.
Other duties as assigned: This may include helping with prep work, cleaning equipment, and learning new skills.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a professional kitchen.
Experience working with Indian cuisine, with exposure to non-vegetarian food mandatory.
