1. Food Preparation Assistance:

Ingredient Preparation:

Assist in preparing ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and storing them as directed.

Basic Cooking:

Help in cooking basic dishes and side items under the supervision of senior chefs.

Prepping Stations:

Ensure all ingredients and tools needed for each section are prepped and ready for use before service.

2. Learning and Development:

Training Sessions:

Actively participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge.

Feedback Implementation:

Seek and implement feedback from senior chefs to enhance performance.

Skill Improvement:

Show continuous improvement in culinary techniques and the ability to handle more complex tasks over time.

3. Sanitation and Safety:

Workstation Cleanliness:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout and after shifts.

Safety Practices:

Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Personal Hygiene:

Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, including wearing clean uniforms and using protective gear.

4. Efficiency:

Time Management:

Work efficiently to support kitchen operations, especially during peak service times.

Preparation Speed:

Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food items, avoiding delays in service.

Support Role:

Assist in setting up and closing down the kitchen, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.

Pay: Up to ₹21,000.00 per month
