Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation:

Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits; accurately measure and prepare ingredients; prepare basic salads and sauces as directed.

Inventory & Stock Management:

Receive and store deliveries, verify quality and quantity of items, take inventory of supplies, and discard expired or spoiled food.

Kitchen Maintenance:

Clean and sanitize workstations, monitor kitchen equipment, and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene.

Dish Assistance:

Assist senior chefs with cooking and plating dishes, ensuring consistent quality and proper presentation.

Safety & Compliance:

Follow all instructions from superiors and comply with food health and safety regulations.

Teamwork:

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Culinary Skills:

Proficiency in various cooking techniques, including food preparation and recipe execution.

Hygiene & Safety:

Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage tasks efficiently and maintain organized work stations.

Communication & Teamwork:

Excellent teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration with kitchen staff.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy food items and ingredients.

Adaptability:

Willingness to learn new skills and adjust cooking processes based on feedback.

Experience:

Prior experience in a kitchen setting is often preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,509.53 - ₹25,065.36 per month
