Follow recipes and cooking instructions to prepare a variety of Indian curries and related dishes.
Cook and present Indian curries according to the standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked to perfection.
Work under the supervision of the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef, assisting with various kitchen tasks as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
Ensure that all dishes meet the quality standards before serving.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety regulations.
