Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes, ensuring high-quality and authentic flavors.
Plan and execute the menu, considering seasonal availability of ingredients and customer preferences.
Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
Monitor food inventory and order supplies as necessary.
Collaborate with the management team to develop new dishes and update the menu.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chinese Cuisine Chef or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients, and traditions.
Strong culinary and creative skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
