Job Description

A Commi II, also known as a Commis 2, is a junior culinary role in a commercial kitchen, typically supporting more experienced chefs and cooks. In an Indian kitchen setting, their responsibilities often include assisting in the preparation of Indian dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and following recipes. They may also be involved in stock management, hygiene practices, and basic culinary techniques. Specific Responsibilities:

Food Preparation:

Assisting with food preparation, including chopping, measuring ingredients, and preparing basic sauces and salads.

Kitchen Cleanliness:

Maintaining a clean and organized work station and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the kitchen.

Stock Management:

Assisting with stock management, including receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and ensuring proper storage procedures.

Food Safety and Hygiene:

Adhering to food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of ingredients, and maintaining a high standard of personal hygiene.

Following Instructions:

Following instructions from senior chefs and adhering to kitchen procedures and recipes.
Need Male candidates with minimum 1 year experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
