Job Description

The Commi-3 in the Bakery assists in preparing and baking bread, pastries, and desserts under the supervision of senior chefs. Responsible for maintaining hygiene, following recipes, and supporting smooth daily operations in the bakery section.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparation of bakery items including breads, cakes, cookies, and pastries. Follow standard recipes and ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation. Support senior chefs (Commi-1, Commi-2, DCDP, CDP) in daily bakery operations. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and equipment as per HACCP standards. Handle ingredients properly, ensure correct storage, and minimize wastage. Ensure timely mise-en-place for bakery production. Learn and develop baking techniques, improving skills under supervision. Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations. Assist in receiving and checking quality of raw materials when required.

Skills & Requirements:

Basic knowledge of baking methods and ingredients. Passion for baking and willingness to learn. Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately. Team player with positive attitude. Good time management and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma/Certificate in Bakery & Confectionery / Culinary preferred. 0-1 year of experience in bakery or pastry section (freshers can also apply).

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?18,103.88 per month
