Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in your workstation and kitchen area. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food items (FIFO method). Assist senior chefs in cooking, grilling, and plating orders. Operate basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Support in receiving and storing deliveries. Dispose of waste according to company and safety guidelines. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures (HACCP standards). Perform other duties assigned by the senior kitchen staff.

Requirements



Basic knowledge of kitchen operations (freshers can apply). Ability to follow instructions and work in a team. Good communication skills. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, hot, and busy kitchen environment. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications



High School Diploma or equivalent (Culinary training is a plus). Prior experience in a fast-food or casual dining kitchen is an advantage but not mandatory.
