We are currently seeking a fresher or experienced chef specializing in Bakes and Confectionery to join our dynamic team.
Job description:
1. Plan, prepare, and cook delicious
Bakes and Confectionery
based on established recipes and standards.
2. Ensure that all menu items are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards.
3. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including proper storage and handling of kitchen tools and equipment.
4. Collaborate with the management team to develop and update menu offerings, taking into consideration seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and dietary restrictions.
5. Maintain proper food handling procedures, safety guidelines, and sanitation standards to ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment.
6. Implement cost-control measures to optimize food and labor expenses without compromising on quality.
7. Stay updated with the latest food trends, techniques, and industry developments to enhance culinary knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
1. In-depth knowledge of Bakes and Confectionery techniques, flavor profiles, and presentation styles.
2.Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
3. Adaptability to varying work schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Aditional benefit :
Rs 150 per day allowance will be given
Accomodation will be also provided
Education :
Culinary diploma or equivalent certification is a plus.
