We are looking for an experienced Continental Chef to join our culinary team. The role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting a wide variety of continental dishes while ensuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook continental dishes (Italian, French, Mediterranean, etc.) according to menu and standards.
Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation at all times.
Plan menus in consultation with the head chef or management.
Ensure proper portion control and minimize food wastage.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with hygiene and safety regulations.
Monitor stock levels, request supplies, and manage kitchen inventory.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
Adapt recipes to meet guest preferences or dietary requirements.
